dc.descriptionEl sector lácteo, a pesar de ser considerado estratégico y desempeñar un papel importante en el sector agropecuario y la economía colombiana, enfrenta fallas estructurales y problemas que se reflejan en toda la cadena de valor. Esto hace imperativo que las industrias u organizaciones del sector que tienen que gestionar proyectos de cualquier magnitud, en el contexto digital acelerado por la pandemia, se vean presionadas a integrar las herramientas y tecnologías que brinda el mercado para disminuir el rezago tecnológico y extender su supervivencia. Este trabajo presenta una propuesta, a validar a través de una revisión bibliográfica, que tiene como objetivo fortalecer los procesos de transformación digital en las organizaciones del sector lácteo. Su objetivo es facilitar la planificación de proyectos basada en la definición estratégica y funcional de las PMO y permitir procesos exitosos de transformación digital mediante la generación de ecosistemas digitales según los niveles de madurez en la cadena de valor.
dc.descriptionThe dairy sector, despite being considered strategic and playing an important role within the agricultural sector and the Colombian economy, faces structural flaws and problems that are reflected throughout the value chain. This makes it imperative for industry or sector organizations that have to manage projects of any magnitude, within the accelerated digital context caused by the pandemic, to be pressured to integrate tools and technologies provided by the market in order to reduce technological lag and extend their survival. This study presents a proposal, to be validated through a literature review, that aims to strengthen digital transformation processes in dairy sector organizations. It aims to facilitate project planning based on the strategic and functional definition of PMOs and enable successful digital transformation processes by generating digital ecosystems according to maturity levels in the value chain.
