dc.descriptionEl presente proyecto se desarrolló en Royal & Sun Alliance Seguros (Colombia) S.A., Compañía con casa matriz en Londres. En Colombia, RSA es reconocida en los ramos de ingeniería y marine, gracias a su musculo financiero y calidad de servicio. Dentro de los múltiples procesos que se ejecutan en la empresa, el pago de factura a proveedores y terceros se transformó en un problema para la compañía, alterando las relaciones de ésta con los proveedores y clientes.Para solucionar la problemática, se decidió rediseñar el proceso desde la recepción de las facturas hasta el desembolso del dinero en la cuenta del acreedor; considerando los softwares que intervienen en el proceso, principalmente SISE, donde se realiza la mayoría de las actividades asociadas a este proceso.

In Colombia, RSA is recognized in the fields of engineering and marine, thanks to its financial muscle and quality of service. Among the many processes running in the company, paying bills to suppliers and others became a problem for the company, changing its relations with suppliers and clientes.Para solve the problems, it was decided to redesign the process from receipt of the invoice to the disbursement of the money in the account of the creditor; considering the software involved in the process, mainly SISE, where most of the activities associated with this process is done.
