dc.descriptionEl proyecto presentado se fundamenta en el seguimiento de las labores y el funcionamiento del Observatorio Inmobiliario Catastral (OIC) de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Catastro Distrital (UAECD). En donde, a partir de las bases de datos de ofertas inmobiliarias generadas por el OIC se realizaron distintos procesos enfocados a la evaluación de la integridad y consistencia de la información. En este mismo contexto, la generación de un análisis de la dinámica urbana se realizó con el objetivo de comprobar la funcionalidad de dichos datos y evidenciar gráficamente el escenario inmobiliario que presentaba la ciudad en las dos vigencias trabajadas (2016 y 2017). Finalmente, se hizo una comparación entre el OIC y el Obsevatorio Técnico Catastral de la UAECD lo que permitió establecer con claridad las funciones desempeñadas por cada uno de los observatorios y la relación existente entre ellos.
dc.descriptionThe project presented is based on the monitoring of the work and operation of the Cadastral Real Estate Observatory (OIC) of the Special Administrative Unit of District Cadastre (UAECD). Where, from the databases of real estate offers generated by the OIC, different processes were carried out focused on the evaluation of the integrity and consistency of the information. In this same context, the generation of an analysis of the urban dynamics was carried out with the objective of verifying the functionality of said data and showing graphically the real estate scenario presented by the city in the two periods worked (2016 and 2017). Finally, a comparison was made between the OIC and the Cadastral Technical Observatory of the UAECD, which made it possible to clearly establish the functions performed by each of the observers and the relationship between them.
