dc.description	Contacto Selecto SAS, es una agencia de viajes mayoritaria, que se encarga de realizar paquetes turísticos para ofrecer a las agencias de viajes minoristas y a clientes individuales. En la actualidad el sector turismo es uno de los más competitivos gracias al gran número de agencias de viajes, a los beneficios que otorga el gobierno al mercado y al aumento del uso del internet por parte de los clientes para elaborar sus paquetes turísticos sin la necesidad de recurrir a terceros. Es irrefutable que la estabilidad de las agencias de viajes y su posicionamiento en el mercado depende en la capacidad de las mismas para ofrecer productos y servicios con calidad, capaces de lograr en los clientes la mejor experiencia y un alto nivel de recordación a la hora de planear un viaje. Dicho lo anterior, Contacto Selecto SAS impulsado por establecerse como una agencia de viaje líder en el mercado, capaz de ofrecer servicios con calidad a aliados comerciales y clientes. Decide diseñar la metodología estratégica para implementar un sistema de Gestión de calidad integral que reúna los requisitos de las tres normas que regulan las agencias de viajes denominadas Normas Técnicas Sectoriales (NTS), NTS AV 001, NTS AV 002 y NTS AV 004 y de la Norma ISO 9001: 2008. En este trabajo encontrara la descripción de las actividades que se realizaron al interior de la agencia de viajes Contacto Selecto SAS para garantizar la venta de paquetes turísticos y la prestación de un servicio de calidad, contando con alianzas estratégicas con los proveedores y la fidelización de los clientes.
dc.description	Contact Selecto SAS, is a travel agency majority, which is responsible for making tour packages to offer retail travel agencies and individual clients. Currently, the tourism sector is one of the most competitive thanks to the large number of travel agencies, the benefits granted by the government to the market and increased use of the internet by customers to develop their tourism packages without the need resorting to third parties. It is irrefutable that the stability of travel agencies and their positioning in the market depends on the ability of them to offer products and services with quality, able to bring in customers with the best experience and a high level of recall when plan a trip. That said, driven SAS Contact Selecto established as a travel agency market leader, able to provide quality services to commercial customers and allies. Decides to design strategic methodology to implement a system of comprehensive quality management that meets the requirements of the three rules governing travel agencies called Sectorial Technical Standards (NTS) NTS AV 001, NTS AV 002 and NTS AV 004 and ISO 9001: 2008. In this paper we find the description of the activities performed within the travel agency Contact Selecto SAS to ensure the sale of tourist packages and providing a quality service, with strategic alliances with suppliers and loyalty customers.
