dc.descriptionLa necesidad y la importancia para mejorar el acceso a los predios rurales, nos motiva para que la construcción de vías en placa-huella, se convierta en una renovación en el sector rural dando así un plus a estos predios, haciéndolos más apetecidos por el mercado, donde estos caminos permitan la comunicación más fácil y eficiente entre sus habitantes generando un mayor desarrollo en su infraestructura y dinamismo comercial, no solo de estos predios, sino también de sus centros poblados. Para ello se ha generado la propuesta práctica de modelos de placa huella donde el usuario tenga la herramienta, el conocimiento y el valor actual para desarrollar dicha actividad. Hoy en día la construcción de estos elementos es exigua ya que el propietario no tiene en cuenta como el predio se le valora positivamente mejorando su infraestructura externa, y accesibilidad, se busca reactivar y potencializar las mejoras en la infraestructura vial. En lo expuesto anteriormente, se concluye que en la infraestructura de la zona rural no se tiene un mayor desarrollo por el mal estado de los accesos, haciendo de esto una oportunidad para una mejora en su desarrollo.
dc.descriptionThe need and importance to improve access to rural properties, motivates us so that the construction of track-plate roads becomes a renewal in the rural sector thus giving a plus to these properties, making them more desirable for the market , where these roads allow easier and more efficient communication among its inhabitants, generating greater development in its infrastructure and commercial dynamism, not only of these properties, but also of its populated centers. For this, the practical proposal of fingerprint plate models has been generated where the user has the tool, the knowledge and the current value to develop said activity. Nowadays the construction of these elements is meager since the owner does not take into account how the property is valued positively by improving its external infrastructure, and accessibility, it seeks to reactivate and enhance the improvements in road infrastructure. In the above, it is concluded that in the infrastructure of the rural area there is no further development due to the poor state of access, making this an opportunity for an improvement in its development.
