dc.descriptionLas instituciones educativas como centros de integración y fortalecimiento de conocimientos, hacen parte fundamental de la vida cotidiana de muchas personas, es por ello que la importancia de dar a conocer los lineamientos que el Instituto Distrital de Gestión de riesgos y Cambio Climático – IDIGER a todas las personas que intervienen de manera directa o indirecta con el plantel educativo, el IDIGER ha elaboradouna guía para las entidades educativas llamada” lineamientos para elaboración del plan escolar de gestión del riesgo y cambio climático PEGR-CC” esta guía sirve para identificar los riesgos a los que se encuentran, de igual forma se deben plantear medidas de intervención en caso de emergencias al interior de la institución. Este trabajo se llevará a cabo en el Liceo Hypatia, Institución Educativa de carácter privado para la educación formal, inscrito en la secretaria de Educación y ubicado en la localidad de suba que no posee un plan de emergencias y contingencias que permita establecer de manera clara y organizada la forma cómo se debe atender cualquier evento adverso de origen natural, antrópico o tecnológico, social o generado por el desarrollo de las actividades propias de la institución. La ausencia de un plan de emergencias y contingencias es un factor incidente que pone en riesgo la población trabajadora, estudiantes y cuerpo docente, contemplando que en la mayoría de casos no se puede prever la ocurrencia de un evento sobrenatural, sumado a esto no poseer claridad sobre los procedimientos de control para actuar ante esas eventualidades y esto contribuye a que la reacción ante emergencias no sea la adecuada y posiblemente genere daños en cualquiera de los recursos de la institución educativa.

This work will be carried out at the Liceo Hypatia, a private Educational Institution for the formal education, registered with the Secretary of Education and located in the town of Suba that does not have an emergency and contingency plan that allows establishing in a clear and organized way the way how any adverse event of natural, anthropogenic or technological, social or generated by the development of the activities of the institution. The absence of an emergency and contingency plan is an incident factor that jeopardizes the working population, students and faculty, contemplating that in most cases it is not can foresee the occurrence of a supernatural event, added to this not having clarity about the control procedures to act in the face of these eventualities and this contributes to the reaction to emergencies is not appropriate and possibly damages any of the resources of the educational institution.
