dc.descriptionÉste documento presenta el proceso de diseño y programación de un eje rotatoria para una máquina de corte láser que debido a su robustez, permite realizar actualizaciones de hardware mediante la adición de movimientos independientes o ejes a través del aditamento y adaptación de amplificadores Aerotech® para ejecutar trabajos con movimientos complejos concretamente el corte de tubería estructural de diferentes geometrías hasta pulgadas nominales (152.4mm) Además, se describe el proceso de diseño de los sistemas de sujeción del material, el modelo del eje rotatorio integrado a la máquina, el software empleado tanto para la comunicación como la programación de los motores seleccionados y una simulación del corte.
