dc.descriptionLa siguiente monografía pretende identificar, caracterizar y medir el riesgo, a través del estudio de las amenazas y vulnerabilidades por la instalación del proyecto regional relleno sanitario: Parque industrial Santo Domingo, que busca solucionar la situación de la disposición de los residuos sólidos municipales de ocho (8) municipios del norte del Tolima en los que se encuentran (Armero-Guayabal, Casabianca, Mariquita, Villahermosa, Líbano, Palocabildo, Falan y Lérida). Y en donde observaremos, a través de este estudio, la zona de influencia directa, su estructura económica, social, predial y física; para de esta manera analizar con datos directos la proporción y la magnitud de dichos riesgos en esta zona. Los riesgos asociados a proyectos de impacto ambiental como los rellenos sanitarios han sido identificados, medidos, y nombrados en diferentes estudios científicos, mencionando los graves efectos que para la salud de la comunidad y el ecosistema circundante trae consigo la operación de este tipo de obras. Es así como buscaremos determinar los riesgos y las afectaciones que se derivarían en el municipio de Armero – Guayabal que es el sitio en el cual se pretende instalar el relleno sanitario.
dc.descriptionThe following monograph aims to identify, characterize and measure the risk, through the study of threats and vulnerabilities due to the installation of the regional sanitary landfill project: Santo Domingo industrial park, which seeks to solve the situation of the municipal solid waste disposal of eight (8) municipalities of the north of Tolima in which they are (Armero-Guayabal, Casabianca, Mariquita, Villahermosa, Líbano, Palocabildo, Falan and Lérida). And where we will observe, through this study, the area of ​​direct influence, its economic, social, property and physical structure; in this way, analyze with direct data the proportion and magnitude of said risks in this area. The risks associated with environmental impact projects such as landfills have been identified, measured, and named in different scientific studies, mentioning the serious effects that the operation of this type of works entails for the health of the community and the surrounding ecosystem. This is how we will seek to determine the risks and the effects that would result in the municipality of Armero - Guayabal, which is the site where the sanitary landfill is to be installed.
