dc.descriptionEl clima laboral está basado en un conjunto de factores psicológicos, organizacionales, sociales, físicos y ambientales, y en la manera en como estos son percibidos por los trabajadores de una organización. Estas percepciones dependen de las experiencias de cada trabajador dentro de la organización. Este trabajo se enfoca en el análisis del Clima Organizacional en el área de Tecnología de Jaime Torres C. y Cía. S.A., proponiendo recomendaciones que contribuyan a mejorar la percepción que tienen los empleados de esta área acerca del clima organizacional presente. Para llevar a cabo este estudio se aplicó un cuestionario que incluye las dimensiones propuestas por Valenzuela Hernández y Chiang para realizar la medición del clima organizacional, el cual fue contestado por todos los integrantes del área de Tecnología. En base a los resultados obtenidos se determinó que las dimensiones que requieren una intervención inmediata son las de Autonomía, Percepción de la organización, Motivación intrínseca, Promoción y Carrera, Capacitación y Desarrollo, Ambiente físico y cultural y Visión. De igual manera, que es necesario reforzar las dimensiones de Reconocimiento, Equidad, Apoyo, Comunicación e Innovación (áreas neutrales). Al final de este trabajo se presentan las recomendaciones a implementar para realizar mejoras en el ambiente laboral y para generar mayor bienestar en el área, y por ende en la organización.
dc.descriptionThe work climate is based on a set of psychological, organizational, social, physical and environmental factors, and on the way in which they are perceived by the workers of an organization. These perceptions depend on the experiences of each worker within the organization. This work focuses on the analysis of the Organizational Climate in the Technology area of ​​Jaime Torres C. y Cía. S.A., proposing recommendations that contribute to improve the perception that employees of this area have about the present organizational climate. To carry out this study, a questionnaire was applied that included the dimensions proposed by Valenzuela Hernández and Chiang to perform the measurement of the organizational climate, which was answered by all the members of the Technology area. Based on the results obtained, it was determined that the dimensions that require immediate intervention are those of Autonomy, Perception of the organization, Intrinsic Motivation, Promotion and Career, Training and Development, Physical and Cultural Environment and Vision. In the same way, it is necessary to reinforce the dimensions of Recognition, Equity, Support, Communication and Innovation (neutral areas). At the end of this paper, the recommendations to be implemented are presented to make improvements in the work environment and to generate greater well-being in the area, and therefore in the organization.
