| dc.description | En el presente trabajo se muestra la elaboración del plan estratégico de seguridad vial para la empresa Russi S.A.S, se parte del diagnóstico inicial aplicando el documento guía expedido en la Resolución 1231 del año 2016 que permite identificar la situación actual de la empresa. A partir de estos resultados se trabajó en cada uno de los pilares del plan estratégico de seguridad vial, especialmente en la parte documental y de capacitación al personal de la empresa. Russi S.A.S es una empresa que cuenta con un total de 18 trabajadores dos administrativos y dieciséis operativos con un parque automotor de nueve vehículos, esta empresa se dedica al manejo industrial de residuos ferrosos en la Costa Atlántica. La gerencia se compromete mediante la política de seguridad vial para la implementación del plan estratégico de seguridad vial. | |
| dc.description | In the present work is shown the development of the road safety strategic plan for the company Russi S.A.S, starting from the initial diagnosis by applying the guide issued in Resolution 1231 of 2016 that allows to identify the current situation of the company. Based on these results, we worked on each of the pillars of the strategic road safety plan, especially in the documentary part and training the company's personnel. Russi S.A.S is a company that has a total of 18 workers, two administrative and sixteen operative with an automotive fleet of nine vehicles, this company is dedicated to the industrial handling of ferrous waste on the Atlantic Coast. Management is committed through the road safety policy for the implementation of the strategic road safety plan. | |
