dc.descriptionEste proyecto de grado busca responder a esas necesidades de valores de bienes inmuebles en los cuales no se ha desarrollado un estudio puntual. El objeto a evaluar y tasar será los bienes inmuebles asociados al desarrollo de la industria del ladrillo. Donde se tomarán 4 predios como objeto de estudio en diferentes escalas de la economía de la industria del ladrillo (baja, media y alto impacto), dos (2) ubicados en el Valle del Cauca y otros dos (2) en Cundinamarca. Así tener una estimación de varias tipologías para este sector industrial en Colombia que permitirá a un perito o profesional en esta área, tener un margen de donde partir a la hora de avaluar un bien inmueble con dichas características similares que se presentarán en este documento.

Thus, having an estimate of various typologies for this industrial sector in Colombia that will allow an expert or professional in this area to have a margin from which to start when evaluating a real estate with such similar characteristics that will be presented in this document.
