dc.descriptionMediante la recoleccion de diferentes fuentes de datos de inmobiliarios a traves de diferentes APIs internas, es creado un repositorio centralizado con los precios de bienes inmuebles residenciales en las ciudades de Bogota y Medellin, este repositorio es una base de datos que luego es usada como fuente de datos para una aplicacion web donde personas que buscan vivienda y especialistas en avaluos pueden acceder a esta informacion de una forma más conveniente. Este trabajo recolecta todo el proceso de construccion de dicho repositorio, desde el levantamiento de requerimientos hasta su despliegue.
dc.descriptionBy collecting different real estate data sources through different internal APIs, a centralized repository is created with the prices of residential real estate in the cities of Bogota and Medellin, this repository is a database that is then used as a data source for a web application where people looking for housing and appraisal specialists can access this information in a more convenient way. This work collects the whole process of building such a repository, from the requirements gathering to its deployment.
