dc.descriptionPor medio de este proyecto se evalúa la viabilidad de una empresa que preste el servicio de auditoria energética en la ciudad de Bogotá bajo el marco de políticas dirigidas al aprovechamiento sostenible de los recursos mineros y energéticos para contribuir al desarrollo económico y social del país, esto se logra por medio de un estudio de mercado de los servicios, donde se analizó la demanda y la oferta; adicionalmente, se realizó el estudio técnico, en donde se revisaron todas las tecnologías disponibles y se realizó el diseño y análisis de los servicios, productos y estructura de la empresa; un estudio administrativo en el cual se validaron las necesidades de talento humano y recursos asociados a la operación de la empresa, y la evaluación financiera-económica para finalmente definir la viabilidad de la puesta en ejecución de la empresa.
dc.descriptionThroughout this project is evaluated the viability of a company that provides the energy audit service in Bogota city, under the framework of policies aimed at the sustainable use of mining and energy resource to contribute to the economic and social development of the country, these is reached through a market research of the services, where were analyzed the supply and the demand; additionally was done a technical study where all the available technologies were reviewed at the same time that the design and analysis of the services, products and structure of the company; an administrative study in which the needs of human talent and resources associated with the operation of the company were validated, and the financial-economic evaluation to finally define the viability of the implementation of the company.
