dc.descriptionEn el presente trabajo se plantean requisitos de seguridad para las transferencias automáticas como producto de mayor utilización estipulado por el RETIE- Reglamento técnico de Instalaciones Eléctricas, el cual busca brindar y asegurar lineamientos mínimos para la producción, importación del mismo, asegurando su correcta implementación y utilización al brindar parámetros estándares para ellos, sin que estos generar requisitos que se entiendan como exagerados y que generen obstáculos innecesarios al comercio. Es por ello que se realiza la revisión y adopción de requisitos técnicos de normas nacionales e internacionales, haciendo una comparación entre normas de diferente origen y un análisis crítico de evaluación de la necesidad y la conveniencia de incorporar o no un requisito en particular; dando como resultado final una propuesta de requisitos que pueden ser incorporables en la actualización que se encuentra en curso para el RETIE.
dc.descriptionIn the present work, security requirements for automatic transfers are proposed as the most used product stipulated by the RETIE- Technical Regulation of Electrical Installations, which seeks to provide and ensure minimum guidelines for production, importation thereof, ensuring proper implementation and use to provide standard parameters for them, without these generate requirements that are understood as exaggerated and that generate unnecessary obstacles to trade. That is why the review and adoption of technical requirements of national and international standards is carried out, making a comparison between norms of different origin and a critical analysis of the need and convenience of incorporating or not a particular requirement; giving as final result a proposal of requirements that can be incorporated in the update that is in progress for the RETIE.
