dc.descriptionLos cementerios destinados para inhumar cadáveres de católicos fueron reconocidos, después de la separación de la Iglesia y el Estado, como de la exclusiva pertenencia de la comunión católica,pues el artículo 3. º de la ley de 14 de mayo de 1855, sobre libertad religiosa, dispone lo siguiente: Los cementerios reconocidos como de la comunión católica y bendecidos por sus ritos, serán de la exclusiva pertenencia de esa comunidad para la inhumación de sus cadáveres; pero si tales cementerios hubieren sido construidos con la concurrencia de las rentas municipales de algún distrito, éstas tendrán derecho a ser indemnizadas en la parte respectiva por las rentas de aquella comunión religiosa." Teniendo en cuenta los antecedentes mencionados anteriormente, el objetivo de este proyecto, tiene como fin identificar los Peligros, Evaluar, Valorar los Riesgos y Estimar los controles encontrados en el Cementerio Parroquial de Sena, bajo la luz de las normatividades vigentes y que se encuentran contempladas en los marcos legales diseñados para este fin.
dc.descriptionThe cemeteries destined to burying corpses of Catholics were recognized, after the separation of the Church and the State, as well as the exclusive belonging of the Catholic communion,for article 3 of the law of May 14, 1855, on religious freedom, provides as follows: The cemeteries recognized as of the Catholic communion and blessed by their rites, will be of the exclusive belonging of that community for the burial of their corpses; but if such cemeteries would have been built with the concurrence of the municipal revenues of some district, they will be entitled to be compensated in the respective part for the income of that religious communion. " Taking into account the aforementioned background, the objective of this project has in order to identify the Hazards, Evaluate, Assess the Risks and Estimate the controls found in the Cemetery of Siena, under the light of current regulations and that they are contemplated in the legal frameworks designed for this purpose.
