dc.descriptionEste trabajo presenta el modelo para la estandarización y administración de materiales consumibles en los proyectos que ejecuta la empresa privada “Construalmanza S.A.”, desde el inicio hasta su finalización, basado en la metodología Lean Construction. Modelo que mediante el empleo de técnicas sencillas de control (Last Planner) hace que el proceso constructivo sea más productivo con el fin de obtener un producto de calidad y cumplimiento mostrando los posibles resultados positivos en el alcance, tiempo y costo de los proyectos de grandes superficies, siendo esta la actividad principal de la empresa. Una vez identificados los insumos consumibles con mayor perdida en los proyectos de grandes superficies dentro de la empresa y aplicando una de las premisas más importantes de Lean Construction la cual pretende determinar las pequeñas mejoras en los procesos que se pueden obtener rápidamente, logrando resultados visibles a corto plazo y contando con la participación efectiva de los clientes y usuarios finales durante el proceso de diseño, se planteará el modelo para la estandarización y administración de materiales consumibles. Por medio de la metodología Scrum se priorizarán los requisitos del cliente, se hará control del proyecto, se potencializará el equipo humano y por último se hará una sistematización de la información con el fin de obtener el mejor resultado posible y que corresponda con los intereses de aquellos que realmente se beneficiarán del proceso.
dc.descriptionThis paper presents the model for the standardization and management of consumable materials in the projects carried out by the private company "Construalmanza S.A.", from the beginning to its completion, based on the LEAN CONSTRUCTION methodology. Model that by using simple control techniques (Last Planner) makes the construction process more productive in order to obtain a quality product and compliance showing the possible positive results in scope, time and cost of large-area projects, this being the main activity of the company. Once the consumables have been identified with the greatest loss in large-area projects within the company and applying one of the most important premises of Lean Construction. Model that by using simple control techniques (Last Planner) makes the construction process more productive in order to obtain a quality product and compliance showing the possible positive results in scope, time and cost of large-area projects, this being the main activity of the company.Once we have identified the consumables with the greatest loss in the projects of large areas within the company and applying one of the most important premises of Lean Construction which aims to determine the small improvements in the processes that can be obtained quickly, achieving visible results in the short term and with the effective participation of customers and end users during the design process, the model for the standardization and management of consumable materials will be proposed. Through the Scrum methodology the client’s requirements will be prioritized, the project will be controlled, the human team will be strengthened and finally the information will be systematized in order to obtain the best possible result and corresponding to the interests of those who will really benefit from the process.
