dc.descriptionLa Infraestructura Institucional de datos (I2D), encargada de gestionar la calidad y acceso a los datos que genera el IAvH, se encuentra realizando la creación y aplicación de una metodología que permita la publicación del material histórico existente en los diferentes repositorios de información disponibles en el instituto, dentro de este proceso están involucrados datos con elementos biológicos, socioeconómicos y geográficos, los cuales de acuerdo con su carácter están siendo recuperados dentro de los catalogadores institucionales pertinentes, para el caso, el catalogador geográfico (GeoNetwork), preservando la producción investigativa a través de su publicación, tarea que ha sido encargada desde los lineamiento del IAvH a la I2D. La metodología aplicada está compuesta por cinco fases: Planificación, Preparación, Búsqueda de información, depuración y estructuración de datos, incorporación de datos, disposición final de la información. La gran cantidad de archivos existentes dentro de los repositorios institucionales, los cuales están sujetos a recuperación se encuentran en la actualidad en la fase preparación, por tales motivos, con la pasantía se participa desde la tercera fase hasta la incorporación de los proyectos en los catalogadores institucionales. De forma concreta, se publican en los catálogos cinco proyectos históricos de carácter geográfico, que son publicados siguiendo las reglas de la I2D para su catalogación, y elaborando informes técnicos con los pormenores de cada uno de estos.

Specifically, five historical projects of a geographical nature are published in the catalogs, which are published following the I2D rules for cataloging, and elaborating technical reports with the details of each of them.
