dc.descriptionTransportes Especializados JR SAS, es una empresa dedicada desde el año 2002, al transporte especial terrestre de personas bajo contratos establecidos con diferentes empresas de distintos sectores económicos. En cuanto a su personal, está dividido en dos tipos, administrativo y operativo, los cuales poseen roles, funciones y actividades específicas que desde el punto de vista biomecánico, corresponden a una serie de posturas y movimientos repetitivos que constituye la exposición a factores de riesgo biomecánico, las cuales a largo plazo, puede generar en esta población, accidentes o enfermedades posiblemente de origen laboral. De acuerdo con lo anterior, la población trabajadora de Transportes JR, en su totalidad, está expuesta a factores de riesgo biomecánico, por lo cual se requiere diseñar un programa de intervención enfocado a la prevención de este tipo de riesgo, en el cual, se planteen estrategias de reducción, sustitución y/o eliminación del riesgo mismo; lo anterior, a partir de un diagnóstico inicial de condiciones de salud haciendo uso de información primaria y secundaria y uso de la metodología propuesta en la Guía Técnica Colombiana GTC 45, continuando con la selección de intervenciones frente a los resultados del diagnóstico y finalizando con el plan de trabajo de las mismas.

According to the above, the working population of Transportes JR, as a whole, is exposed to biomechanical risk factors, which is why it is necessary to design an intervention program focused on the prevention of this type of risk, in which propose reduction strategies, substitution and / or elimination of risk itself; the above, based on an initial diagnosis of health conditions using primary and secondary information and the use of the methodology proposed in the Colombian Technical Guide GTC 45, continuing with the selection of interventions against the results of the diagnosis and ending with the work plan of the same.
