dc.description	Este trabajo de investigación propone una forma estratégica de llevar a cabo la realización de retrospectivas ágiles en los equipos de desarrollo de software que trabajan bajo metodologías agiles, debido a que actualmente se ha observado que durante la resolución de requerimientos y proyectos de software no se esta brindando la importancia requerida a una fase de retrospección conocida como retrospectiva, de tal forma que se logren tomar decisiones y acciones correctivas que permitan reducir los índices de incumplimiento en las entregas de las soluciones de software y mejorar la fiabilidad de estas mismas.
dc.description	This research work proposes a strategic way to carry out the realization of agile retrospectives in the software development teams that work under agile methodologies, due to the fact that it has been observed that during the resolution of software requirements and projects this is not providing the required importance to a retrospective phase known as retrospective, in such a way that decisions and corrective actions are taken to reduce the failure rates in the delivery of software solutions and improve the reliability of these.
