dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo de pasantía muestra el desarrollo de una estructuración inicial del sistema de gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo (SG-SST) que brinda una documentación base mínima requerida en las empresas que desean diseñar e implementar el sistema cumpliendo los requerimientos de la normatividad colombiana, específicamente se desarrolló en la pequeña empresa SKINNY INVESTMENT S.A.S. la cual se dedica a la elaboración de productos de panadería, se parte de una evaluación inicial que indica el estado actual de la empresa en materia de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para con esto poder identificar prioridades y el plan de trabajo a seguir basados en el concepto fundamental de los sistemas de gestión: el ciclo PHVA, posteriormente se ejecuta la identificación de peligros y evaluación, valoración de riesgos que se presentan en los ambientes laborales y con esto se determinan las medidas de intervención necesarias para mitigar el impacto en la salud de los trabajadores.
dc.descriptionThis internship work shows the development of an initial structuring of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) that provides a minimum base documentation required in companies that wish to design and implement the system meeting the requirements of Colombian regulations, specifically developed in the small company SKINNY INVESTMENT SAS which is dedicated to the production of bakery products, it is based on an initial evaluation that indicates the current state of the company in terms of occupational safety and health in order to identify priorities and the work plan to follow based on the fundamental concept of management systems: the PHVA cycle, subsequently the identification of hazards and evaluation, assessment of risks that occur in work environments is executed and with this the intervention measures necessary to mitigate the impact on health are determined from the workers.
