dc.descriptionEn este documento se pretende apoyar la elaboración, dirección y ejecución de un contrato de licitación pública adjudicado a la empresa Valoraciones Empresariales S.A.S correspondiente a la elaboración de avalúos en normas NIIF de la red de hospitales ORIENTE E.S.E. El proyecto abarca alrededor de 60 predios según información suministrada en el contrato y acta de adjudicación, estos predios han sido clasificados y organizados según las normativas que rigen la infraestructura de servicios de salud unificando el reporte de valores en un total de 20 informes de avalúos elaborados con los estándares exigidos y las normas aplicables durante el periodo de ejecución. El propósito de la licitación pública obedece al nuevo reglamento contable que aplica a las entidades públicas y que exige para sus activos de propiedades planta y equipo tengan un respaldo técnico- valuatorio para la determinación de sus valores y posteriores análisis de depreciación.
