dc.descriptionEs importante generar soluciones de innovación tendientes a generar beneficios mediante la satisfacción de los clientes, dentro de un ambiente socialmente sostenible que vaya de igual forma relacionado en la gestión de recursos y tiempo en un mundo cada día más competitivo.Una de las situaciones más dispendiosas al momento de efectuar el proceso de desgrane de arveja y frijol es realizarlo en forma manual, esto implica mayor tiempo de proceso, alta manipulación y mayores costos del producto, con lo cual se ven afectados los mercados tradicionales y las tiendas minoristas. Al tener identificada dicha situación se plantea la necesidad de diseñar una máquina desgranadora para facilitar el proceso y a su vez para que no ocurran daños en el producto desgranado.

One of the most costly situations at the time of the pea and bean harvesting process is to do it manually, this implies longer processing time, higher handling and higher product costs, which affect traditional markets and Retail stores. Identifying this situation raises the need to design a shredding machine to facilitate the process and in turn so that no damage occurs in the shredded product.
