dc.descriptionEste trabajo representa de manera ordenada y sencilla el estudio de métodos y tiempos llevado a cabo en el área de la poscosecha de la empresa Flores el Ciprés, la cual es una empresa colombiana dedicada al cultivo, producción y exportación de diferentes tipo de rosa. El siguiente documento servirá como una herramienta útil y de complemento al proceso de mejora continua que se lleva a cabo actualmente en la empresa; y para ello hará uso del análisis del puesto de trabajo actual y de los tiempos estándar de las diferentes áreas, con el fin de diseñar una propuesta final que permita el aumento de la productividad.
dc.descriptionThis work represents in an orderly and simple way the study of methods and times carried out in the post-harvest area of ​​the company Flores el Ciprés, which is a Colombian company dedicated to the cultivation, production and export of different types of roses. The following document will serve as a useful and complementary tool to the process of continuous improvement that is currently carried out in the company; and for this purpose it will make use of the analysis of the current job and the standard times of the different areas, in order to design a final proposal that allows the increase of productivity.
