| dc.description | El presente proyecto busca implementar el método Random Forest de Inteligencia Artificial (IA) en el software R Studio que permita estimar el valor del avalúo catastral de los predios ubicados en la zona rural del municipio de Tena - Cundinamarca, a partir de bases de datos estructuradas con la información vigente proporcionada por la Agencia Catastral de Cundinamarca. Con los resultados obtenidos se pretende observar la viabilidad de implementación de IA en la valoración masiva utilizada en los procesos catastrales. | |

With the results obtained, it is intended to observe the feasibility of implementing AI in the mass appraisal used in the cadastral processes. | |
