dc.descriptionEl presente documento desarrolla una propuesta metodológica, que busca optimizar de manera contundente, el costo en tiempo laboral y recurso humano, de los procesos llevados a cabo por Evolution SC S.A.S, para la plena identificación de posibles perturbaciones de origen contractivo, bajo la zona de afectación constituida como franja de servidumbre de las líneas de transmisión de energía eléctrica de las empresas contratantes. Para esto, se propone el diseño e implementación de un aplicativo complementario al módulo de Operación y Mantenimiento del sistema geográfico SEYNEKUN®, -Desarrollado por Evolution SC S.A.S para la administración de obras de infraestructura de sus clientes que permita al grupo de profesionales que realiza el proceso de identificación, verificación, y eventual negociación en campo, el almacenamiento y georreferenciación en tiempo real de la información capturada, obteniendo de esta manera una reducción considerable en el costo de tiempo, y talento humano, anteriormente requerido para la realización de los informes de visita en campo. Para el desarrollo de dicho aplicativo complementario se propone la utilización de la solución de captura de datos basada en formularios: ‘ArcGIS Survey123’ perteneciente a la suite de ESRI, insumo al cual tiene acceso Evolution SC S.A.S, mediante licencia empresarial.
dc.descriptionThis document develops a methodological proposal, which seeks to optimize in a forceful way, the cost in labor time and human resources, of the processes carried out by Evolution SC S.A.S, for the full identification of possible disturbances of Contractive origin, under the affected zone constituted as a strip of easement of the electric power transmission lines of the contracting companies. For this, the design and implementation of a complementary application to the Operation and Maintenance module of the SEYNEKUN® geographic system is proposed, -Developed by Evolution SC SAS for the administration of infrastructure works of its clients that allows the group of professionals who carry out the process of identification, verification, and eventual negotiation in the field, storage and georeferencing in real time of the information captured, thus obtaining a considerable reduction in the cost of time, and human talent, previously required for the completion of the field visit reports. For the development of this complementary application, the use of the form-based data capture solution is proposed: ‘ArcGIS Survey123’ belonging to the ESRI suite, an input to which Evolution SC S.A.S has access, through a business license.
