dc.descriptionEl siguiente trabajo es el resultado de la ejecución de la pasantía realizada en el MINISTERIO DE MINAS Y ENERGIA en el área de fondos de inversión; en este trabajo se documentan de manera detallada las metodologías aplicadas y los resultados obtenidos durante el desarrollo de la misma; la pasantía se realiza con el fin de establecer y documentar un procedimiento general por medio del cual se asignan fondos a solicitantes del programa de normalización de redes eléctricas PRONE y de esta manera identificar los requisitos necesarios que deben cumplir los operadores de red nacionales, para participar en las convocatorias realizadas por el ministerio de Minas y Energía, ser favorecidos con los recursos de este fondo de inversión nacional y consolidar un proceso que represente los criterios de priorización, el sistema de ponderación y selección de proyectos en estas convocatorias. Adicionalmente se pretende mostrar el proceso de formación laboral en la relación pasante – empresa, en el cual se identifiquen el cumplimiento de los objetivos que se habían planteado por ambas partes y los resultados alcanzados, además de los aportes de gran importancia que se adecuaron en procesos esenciales realizados con frecuencia por el grupo de fondos de inversión del Ministerio de Minas y Energía.
dc.descriptionThe following work is the result of the execution of the internship carried out in the MINISTRY OF MINES AND ENERGY in the area of ​​investment funds; In this work, the applied methodologies and the results obtained during the development of the same are documented in detail; The internship is carried out in order to establish and document a general procedure through which funds are allocated to applicants of the PRONE electric network standardization program and in this way identify the necessary requirements that national network operators must meet to participate in the calls made by the Ministry of Mines and Energy, be favored with the resources of this national investment fund and consolidate a process that represents the prioritization criteria, the system of weighting and selection of projects in these calls. Additionally, it is intended to show the process of job training in the internship - company relationship, in which the fulfillment of the objectives that had been raised by both parties and the results achieved are identified, in addition to the contributions of great importance that were adapted in processes essentials often carried out by the group of investment funds of the Ministry of Mines and Energy.
