dc.descriptionLos riesgos psicosociales son aquellos aspectos del trabajo, de la organización y sus contextos sociales y de medio ambiente, que tienen el potencial de causar daño psicológico, social y físico (Torrez Campuzano y Llorca-Rubio, 2020). En el contexto colombiano, la Resolución 2646 de 2008 estableció que los empleadores tienen la responsabilidad de recopilar información de sus trabajadores referente a los factores de riesgo psicosocial de utilización del tiempo libre, tiempo de desplazamiento y medio de transporte, pertenencia a redes de apoyo, características de la vivienda y acceso a servicios de salud, además de llevar a cabo acciones para la intervención de estos y otros factores psicosociales y sus efectos. Este documento contiene en marco referencial en el que se abordan las consideraciones teóricas y los antecedentes de estudio relacionados a la identificación de factores de riesgo psicosocial extralaboral y las posibles medidas de intervención, seguido por la conceptualización de los factores de riesgo psicosocial extralaboral reconocidos en el marco normativo colombiano y el marco legal. En segundo lugar, se describe el enfoque y la estructura metodológica empleados para el cumplimiento de los objetivos planteados. En tercer lugar, se presentan los resultados del desarrollo de la metodología propuesta. Finalmente, se enuncian las conclusiones obtenidas y las recomendaciones y se lista la bibliografía consultada.
dc.descriptionPsychosocial risks are those aspects of work, the organization and its social and environmental contexts that have the potential to cause psychological, social and physical harm (Torrez Campuzano and Llorca-Rubio, 2020). In the Colombian context, Resolution 2646 of 2008 established that employers have the responsibility to collect information from their workers regarding psychosocial risk factors of use of free time, commuting time and means of transportation, membership in support networks, housing characteristics and access to health services, in addition to carrying out actions for the intervention of these and other psychosocial factors and their effects. This document contains in referential framework in which theoretical considerations and study background related to the identification of extralaboral psychosocial risk factors and possible intervention measures are addressed, followed by the conceptualization of the extralaboral psychosocial risk factors recognized in the Colombian regulatory framework and the legal framework. Secondly, it describes the methodological approach and structure used to achieve the objectives set out the fulfillment of the proposed objectives. Thirdly, the results of the development of the proposed methodology are presented. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations are stated and the bibliography consulted is listed.
