| dc.description | Este trabajo de grado tiene la finalidad de estructurar y organizar la información geográfica estratégica y operacional militar del Ejército Nacional que reposa en la Brigada de Inteligencia Militar No. 1 donde se desarrolló la pasantía. Esta información geográfica se deberá estructurar y organizar teniendo en cuenta la Organización del Tratado del Atlántico Norte (OTAN) que regula la actividad militar de las entidades miembro, tomando como referencia normas ISO, con su comité TC211(encargado de la estandarización geográfica y geomática a nivel mundial) además de ello se tuvo en cuenta la información geográfica más relevante y solo a nivel nacional. Para cumplir con este propósito se contemplará el estándar ISO- 19111 (Sistema de Referencia Espacial de Coordenadas), con el fin de estandarizar esta información geográfica en un solo sistema de referencia de coordenadas el cual se escogerá el CGS-MAGNA teniendo en cuenta que esta información geográfica de la inteligencia militar se deberá enlazar con información geográfica de la Base de datos Geográfica (GDB) del Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi (IGAC) actualizada al año 2019.Para complementar a GDB se realizó un catálogo de objetos geográficos con el fin de determinar la estructura interna de la información geográfica a través de los cuales se representan los fenómenos del mundo real, para modelarlos a un esquema organizado, este catálogo de objetos estará estandarizado mediante las normas ISO19110 y ISO-19112. Por último, se descargó el SIG en la plataforma de interoperabilidad de la Inteligencia del Ejército “Sistema GeoINT” proporcionado por ArcGIS Online y su servidor ArcGIS Server. | |
| dc.description | This degree work is intended to structure and organize the military strategic and operational geographic information of the National Army that rests in the Military Intelligence Brigade No. 1 where the internship was developed. This geographic information should be structured and organized taking into account the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) that regulates the military activity of the member entities, taking as reference ISO standards, with its committee TC211 (in charge of geographic and geomatic standardization to global level) in addition to that the most relevant geographic information was taken into account and only at the national level. In order to fulfill this purpose, the ISO-19111 standard (Spatial Coordinate Reference System) will be contemplated, in order to standardize this geographic information in a single coordinate reference system which will choose the CGS-MAGNA taking into account that this Geographical information of military intelligence should be linked to geographic information from the Geographic Database (GDB) of the Agustín Codazzi Geographic Institute (IGAC) updated to the year 2019. To complement GDB a catalog of geographical objects was made in order to determine The internal structure of geographic information through which real-world phenomena are represented, to model them in an organized scheme, this catalog of objects will be standardized by ISO19110 and ISO-19112 standards. Finally, the GIS was downloaded on the Army Intelligence interoperability platform “GeoINT System” provided by ArcGIS Online and its ArcGIS Server. | |
