dc.descriptionEste proyecto tiene por finalidad elaborar el Plan Escolar de Emergencias y Contingencias de la Corporación Iberoamericana de Estudios “CIES”, el cual, según lo indagado con el personal del área de talento humano, no se encuentra documentando. Por tal motivo, se da inicio al desarrollo de este proyecto partiendo de un análisis de vulnerabilidades y evaluación del riesgo, realizada con la metodología de colores del IDIGER. Se elaboraron los planos de las instalaciones y se analizaron los recursos existentes como extintores, botiquines, camillas, rutas de evacuación y puntos de encuentro entre otros con la ayuda de una lista de chequeo elaborada con los requisitos de la NTC 1700. Se generaron unos planos de emergencias como propuesta con las oportunidades de mejora identificadas, posteriormente se elaboraron los Planes de Contingencia para dar respuesta a las amenazas particulares identificadas y se construyó el Plan de Evacuación que parte desde la fase de detección del peligro hasta la auditoria del plan, para finalizar con unas recomendaciones de mejora priorizaron de acuerdo con el valor de inversión requerido.
dc.descriptionThis project aims to develop the School Plan for Emergencies and Contingencies of the Ibero-American Studies Corporation "CIES", which, as researched with the staff of the human talent area, is not documenting. For this reason, the development of this project begins with an analysis of vulnerabilities and risk assessment, carried out using the IDIGER color methodology. The plans of the facilities were prepared and existing resources were analyzed as fire extinguishers, first aid kits, stretchers, evacuation routes and meeting points among others with the help of a checklist prepared with the requirements of NTC 1700. Some plans were generated of emergencies as a proposal with the opportunities for improvement identified, then the Contingency Plans were prepared to respond to the particular threats identified and the Evacuation Plan was constructed, starting from the hazard detection phase until the plan's audit, to finalize with some improvement recommendations prioritized according to the investment value required.
