dc.descriptionEn el siguiente documento se presenta el desarrollo de un complemento para QGIS, el cual permite calcular el Índice de Riesgo de la Calidad del Agua para Consumo Humano (IRCA), a partir de un Shapefile de puntos, junto con los diferentes parámetros solicitados por la resolución 2115 de 2007 y el Decreto 1575 de 2007. En concreto, se trata de una herramienta que permite reducir considerablemente los tiempos de cálculo del índice IRCA y de esta forma, identificar las zonas donde se presentan los valores con los niveles más altos de riesgo así como las acciones necesarias para su control y vigilancia
dc.descriptionThe following document presents the development of a complement for QGIS, which allows to calculate the Risk Index of Water Quality for Human Consumption (IRCA), from a Shapefile of points, together with the different parameters requested by the Resolution 2115 of 2007 and Decree 1575 of 2007. In particular, it is a tool that allows to considerably reduce the calculation times of the IRCA index and, in this way, identify the areas where the values ​​with the highest levels of risk are presented as well as the actions necessary for its control and surveillance
