dc.descriptionActualmente el sector eléctrico del país esta creciendo y la necesidad de ofrecer servicios que puedan ayudar a mejorar los tiempos y costos de mantenimiento de las redes eléctricas son indispensables, de igual manera, pensando en el bienestar de las personas que realizan el mantenimiento de estas redes, Este proyecto describe el estudio de viabilidad financiera para el diseño e implementación de un modelo de operación de mantenimiento predictivo en empresas de electricidad mediante la integración de aeronaves no tripuladas o también llamadas drones. Con el fin de poder dar un marco estructural a la organización que desempeñara este servicio, es primordial identificar el mercado meta y caracterizar cada uno de los procesos que se desarrollaran para realizar el servicio de mantenimiento, apoyado de la metodología de marco lógico se identificaran factores relevantes para la estructuración del proyecto. Así mismo, lo que se busca es brindar estrategias que permitan realizar de manera adecuada una gestión administrativa, operativa y financiera del proyecto con el fin de identificar si el modelo de negocio es rentable o no, dentro de los parámetros que se tengan en cuenta para el desarrollo del mismo.

In order to give a structural framework to the organization that will perform this service, it is essential to identify the target market and characterize each of the processes that will be developed to perform the maintenance service, supported by the logical framework methodology relevant factors will be identified for the structuring of the project. Likewise, what is sought is to provide strategies that allow an adequate administrative, operational and financial management of the project in order to identify whether the business model is profitable or not, within the parameters that are taken into account for the development of the same.
