| dc.description | El propósito de este proyecto radica en definir una metodología para la identificación y determinación de posibles evasiones prediales al gravamen catastral, siendo su base la generación de cartografía a través del complemento SIG, que dé muestra de los predios ubicados en la localidad de Chapinero para la vigencia 2013 y 2014, en los cuales exista una presunta evasión fiscal. Posteriormente el desarrollo de un Geovisor que permita su visualización, consulta, despliegue, y manipulación en la realización de una serie de consultas que permita abstraer mayor información de los datos. | |
| dc.description | The purpose of this project is to define a methodology for the identification and determination of possible property evasions to the cadastral tax, being its base the generation of cartography through the GIS complement, which shows the properties located in the town of Chapinero for the valid for 2013 and 2014, in which there is an alleged tax evasion. Later the development of a Geovisor that allows its visualization, consultation, deployment, and manipulation in the realization of a series of consultations that allows to abstract more information from the data. | |
