dc.descriptionEste proyecto de grado tiene como objetivo principal generar un indice regulatorio para recursos energéticos distribuidos capaz de calificar a cualquier país o región a nivel mundial, con el desarrollo de los modelos matemáticas a partir de las características de los recursos energéticos distribuidos y los aspectos regulatorios seleccionados, para luego ser implementados en los países de América Latina y así poder establecer una clasificación entre ellos, que indique una guía a seguir para aquellos países que desean incorporar los recursos energéticos distribuidos a su sistema eléctrico.
dc.descriptionThe main objective of this degree project is to generate a regulatory index for distributed energy resources capable of qualifying any country or region worldwide, with the development of mathematical models based on the characteristics of the distributed energy resources and the selected regulatory aspects , to then be implemented in the countries of Latin America and thus be able to establish a classification among them, indicating a guide to follow for those countries that wish to incorporate the distributed energy resources to their electrical system.
