dc.descriptionConcretamente el trabajo realizado consistió en el apoyo al alistamiento de información, depuración y análisis del mercado inmobiliario y producciones cartográficas para el proyecto del cálculo del Índice de Valoración Predial -IVP, que el IGAC realiza en conjunto con el DANE para el reajuste anual de los avalúos catastrales en las 22 ciudades capitales, para el desarrollo del documento que sustenta la pasantía, se hizo el análisis de las ciudades de Cartagena, Florencia y Montería. Por otro lado, se apoyó en la elaboración de informes de avalúos rurales correspondientes al contrato administrativo que tenía el IGAC con la URT; se apoyó en la depuración y alimentación del módulo de antecedentes de avalúos urbanos y rurales que sirve como insumo para avalúos futuros; se apoyó en la asistencia a comités de avalúos para la realización del acta de los mismos.
dc.descriptionSpecifically, the work performed consisted of supporting the preparation of information, debugging and analysis of the real estate market and cartographic productions for the project of calculating the Property Valuation Index -IVP, which the IGAC carries out jointly with the DANE for the annual readjustment of cadastral appraisals in the 22 capital cities, for the development of the document that supports the internship, the analysis of the cities of Cartagena, Florencia and Monteria was made. On the other hand, support was provided in the preparation of rural appraisal reports corresponding to the administrative contract that IGAC had with the URT; support was provided in the purging and feeding of the urban and rural appraisal background module that serves as input for future appraisals; support was provided in attending appraisal committees for the preparation of the minutes of the same.
