dc.descriptionLa presente investigación parte del objetivo de estudiar los principales algoritmos o modelos que permiten reconocer imágenes a partir de la utilización de redes neuronales convolucionales, a través de una revisión documental, profundizando en sus posibles usos y limitantes. esto a través del estudio de nociones como las redes Neuronales, su arquitectura, aplicación, las convoluciones, el modelos matemático que las sustenta y su campo de aplicación, el funcionamiento de una red neuronal, entre otros; seguido a esto se abordará la caracterización los principales modelos y algoritmos existentes enfocados en el reconocimiento de imágenes a partir de redes convolucionales, haciendo especial énfasis en su componente técnico; sentando así las bases para el tercer apartado, la identificación de los posibles usos de los modelos y algoritmos caracterizados enfatizando en casos prácticos de su aplicación y, por último, el análisis de los principales retos y limitantes de los modelos y algoritmos identificados enfatizando en su aspecto técnico.
dc.descriptionThis research is based on the objective of studying the main algorithms or models that allow recognizing images from the use of convolutional neural networks, through a documentary review, delving into their possible uses and limitations. this through the study of notions such as Neural Networks, their architecture, application, convolutions, the mathematical models that support them and their field of application, the functioning of a neural network, among others; Following this, the characterization of the main existing models and algorithms focused on image recognition from convolutional networks will be addressed, with special emphasis on their technical component; thus laying the foundations for the third section, the identification of the possible uses of the models and algorithms characterized, emphasizing practical cases of their application and, finally, the analysis of the main challenges and limitations of the models and algorithms identified, emphasizing their technical aspect.
