dc.descriptionEn la actualidad la compañía GMK busca optimizar el proceso en la división metrología, fortaleciendo su operación y mejoramiento de los tiempos de respuesta ante los clientes internos y externos, debido al crecimiento de los últimos tres años en su operación. Adicionalmente se debe garantizar el cumplimiento de la norma internacional para la calibración de equipos de en la variable física de temperatura. Se realizará el levantamiento de indicadores de la documentación existente, con lo cual se diseña y modela la arquitectura actual y se analizan los cambios necesarios para la mejora, si se considera que el modelo propuesto se encuentre alineado con las posibles variaciones de la organización a mediano y largo plazo. Se analiza la simulación del modelo de un sistema de información propuesto y se documenta de tal modo que permite la toma de decisiones basadas en métricas e indicadores. La utilización de una metodología apropiada para el diseño de un sistema de información para la compañía, permitiría el mejoramiento de la calidad del servicio, garantizando un estándar de calidad apropiado y ayude a ser la base para la toma de decisiones y así contribuir a la mejora continua.
dc.descriptionAt present GMK seeks to optimize the process in the metrology division, strengthening its operation and improving response times to internal and external customers, due to the growth of the last three years in its operation. In addition, compliance with the international standard for the calibration of equipment in the physical temperature variable must be guaranteed. It will be carried out the survey of indicators of the existing documentation, which will design and model the current architecture and analyze the changes necessary for the improvement, considering that the proposed model is aligned with the possible variations of the organization in the middle long term. It analyzes the simulation of the model of a proposed information system and is documented in such a way that it allows the decision making based on metrics and indicators. The use of an appropriate methodology for the design of an information system for the company would allow the improvement of the quality of the service, guaranteeing an appropriate quality standard and helping to be the basis for the decision making and thus contribute to the improvement keep going.
