dc.descriptionINCELTA S.A.S es una empresa pymes dedicada a la fabricación, ensamble y distribución de productos metal eléctricos utilizados en el sector de la construcción y la ingeniería eléctrica. La norma ISO 9001:2015, busca brindar a los consumidores la total satisfacción al momento de adquirir un producto, por esto, INCELTA S.A.S busca acoger en cada una de las actividades de sus procesos las oportunidades de mejora que brinda la implementación de ésta, teniendo en consideración potencializar la ventaja competitiva y crecimiento mediante la satisfacción del cliente. El proyecto ejecutado, tiene como metodología el análisis progresivo y continuo de los procesos de la organización, tanto de forma independiente como un todo. Así, luego de conocer el objetivo de cada proceso, se realiza un diagnóstico que permite determinar las causas raíz de las insatisfacciones presentadas en los clientes lo cual es evaluado para determinar que tanto se evidencia el cumplimiento de los estándares de la norma ISO 9001:2015, posterior a esto, inicia el proceso de implementación mediante objetivos evaluados a lo largo de la ejecución, permitiendo obtener resultados beneficiosos para la organización y sobre todo, para los clientes.
dc.descriptionINCELTA S.A.S is a pyme company dedicated to the manufacture, assembly and distribution of electrical metal products used in the construction and electrical engineering sector. The ISO 9001: 2015 standard, seeks to provide consumers with full satisfaction when purchasing a product, therefore, INCELTA SAS seeks to welcome in each of the activities of its processes the opportunities for improvement provided by the implementation of this, having in consideration to enhance the competitive advantage and growth through customer satisfaction. The implemented project has as a methodology the progressive and continuous analysis of the processes of the organization, both independently and as a whole. Thus, after knowing the objective of each process, a diagnosis is made that allows determining the root causes of the dissatisfaction presented in the clients which is evaluated to determine how much the compliance with the standards of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard is evidenced , after this, the implementation process begins with objectives evaluated throughout the execution, allowing to obtain beneficial results for the organization and above all, for the clients.
