dc.descriptionCon el desarrollo tecnológico de un visor geográfico en las actividades de vigilancia del HLB de los cítricos y el insecto vector Diaphorina citri (Hemiptera: Phsyllidae) en departamentos de la Zona Norte del país, se permite la visualización de los casos positivos a la bacteria, en el insecto vector y en planta, representados como capas temáticas durante los años 2016, 2017 y 2018. Con la observancia de la distribución espacio temporal de la plaga es posible contar con una herramienta para definir medidas de vigilancia a través del monitoreo del vector en las zonas citrícolas de importancia económica para el país. Los datos iniciales corresponden a las lecturas del rastreo en campo, tomadas en las visitas de inspección, vigilancia y control; las que se estructuraron en formato shapefile, para generar nuevas capas por medio de modelos en QGIS. El resultado obtenido fue la reutilización de GeoServer para el almacenamiento y XAMPP para la publicación web.
dc.descriptionWithin the frame of the surveillance of the citrus HLB and the insect vector Diaphorina citri (Hemiptera: Phsyllidae) in the northern departments of Colombia, the technological development of a geographic visualizer allows identifying the positive cases of the bacteria presence both in the insect as in the plant represented by thematic layers spanning from 2016 to 2018. The constraining of the space-temporal distribution of the plague lets to make surveillance decisions by the monitoring of the vector in regions of economic importance for Colombia. The initial dataset proceeds from the tracking readings in the field sampled during the inspection, surveillance, and control visits, which were saved in shapefile format to generate new layers by QGis models. The result was the reusing of GeoServer to data storing, and XAMPP for web posting.
