dc.descriptionEn este trabajo se exponen las funciones que se desarrollaron en el marco de la pasantía, desarrollada en la Empresa de Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Bogotá, en la Dirección de Gestión Comunitaria llevando a cabo el diseño y posterior implementación del Sistema Integral de Gestión Socio Ambiental-SIGSE, el cual surge a partir de la necesidad de la Dirección y la empresa en general., de cuantificar, documentar y georreferenciarlos procesos sociales, teniendo en cuenta el impacto que pueden tener estos procesos. sca generar estadísticas que nos permitan profundizar y hacer una intervención directa al componente social, llevando a cabo procesos de actualización y alimentación continua de las bases de datos a través del Geoportal
