dc.descriptionEl presente proyecto de investigación describe los pasos, las metodologías utilizadas, los enfoques teóricos necesarios para su conceptualización, y el ejercicio de planificación previsto para la obtención del resultado esperado, que consiste en el desarrollo de un prototipo de software, que permita adecuar la estructura organizacional de la empresa Coldinamic S.A.S al modelo de desarrollo Scrum, incluyendo módulos generales de gestión para el marco de trabajo Scrum y un módulo para administración de la calidad de software basado en la series de normas ISO/IEC 25000 que aportan valor adicional a la realización de cada uno de los proyectos de software de la compañía. De igual forma se busca establecer indicadores sobre la ejecución del proyecto que permiten realizar retroalimentación del proceso, necesario en el contexto del mercado Colombiano de la industria del software, buscando alternativas que permitan adecuar las acciones operativas y administrativas hacia la optimización de su desempeño, en un entorno y ecosistema favorable pero altamente competitivo.
dc.descriptionThe present research project describes the steps, the methodologies used, the theoretical approaches necessary for its conceptualization, and the planned planning exercise to obtain the expected result, consisting of the development of a software prototype, which allows adapting the structural organization of the company Coldinamic SAS to the Scrum development model, including general management modules for the Scrum framework and a module for software quality management based on the ISO / IEC 25000 series of standards that add additional value to the implementation of each of the company’s software projects. In the same way, it is sought to establish indicators on the execution of the project that allows feedback of the process, necessary in the context of the Colombian market of the software industry, looking for alternatives that allow to adapt the operative and administrative actions towards the optimization of its performance, in a favorable but highly competitive environment and ecosystem.
