dc.descriptionLa violencia sexual representa una constante a nivel global, una de las mayores preocupaciones que ha dado lugar a la intervención de políticas públicas, creación de organizaciones que procuran el bienestar de la mujer y se han direccionado múltiples esfuerzos para la atención de este tipo de violencia que sin remedio crea una afectación de por vida sobre la víctima y que a pesar de los esfuerzos direccionados por las diferentes entidades gubernamentales sigue representando una constante en aumento en países como Colombia, para los cuales se reportan agresiones sexuales cada 30 minutos según corporaciones como Sisma mujer. Ante esta problemática conviene atacar factores asociados a la educación y la cultura de cada región. Sin embargo, se considera una solución que mediante apoyo tecnológico pueda brindar a una posible victima una oportunidad de reacción inmediata que limite el impacto que pueda tener uno de estos eventos, que facilite una protección inmediata a esta, y en los mejores casos la prevención de un abuso sexual y la aprehensión del agresor, configurando un sistema de alertas soportado en el desarrollo de aplicaciones móviles interconectadas con dispositivos electrónicos tal como se plantea en el diseño de este proyecto.
dc.descriptionSexual violence represents a constant at a global level, one of the major concerns that has led to the intervention of public policies, creation of organizations that seek the welfare of women and multiple efforts have been directed to the attention of this type of violence that without remedy creates a lifelong affectation on the victim and that despite the efforts directed by the different governmental entities continues to represent a constant increase in countries like Colombia, for which sexual aggressions are reported every 30 minutes according to corporations such as Sisma mujer. Faced with this problem, it is convenient to attack factors associated with the education and culture of each region. However, it is considered a solution that through technological support can provide a possible victim an opportunity for immediate reaction to limit the impact that may have one of these events, which facilitates immediate protection to this, and in the best cases the prevention of sexual abuse and the apprehension of the aggressor, setting up an alert system supported by the development of mobile applications interconnected with electronic devices as proposed in the design of this project.
