dc.descriptionEste trabajo se Titula: Desarrollo de una intranet para conjuntos residenciales en Bogotá. El Objetivo principal es estructurar el diseño de una plataforma virtual intranet aplicada a conjuntos cerrados en la que se pueda trasmitir y controlar toda la información relacionada a normas de convivencia, procedimientos, noticias y novedades de los conjuntos residenciales en la ciudad de Bogotá. El proyecto se definió a partir de un estudio realizado donde se evidencio el problema que existe en la gestión de los procesos que se manejan en los conjuntos cerrados. Identificando que la información no está centralizada y los copropietarios no tienen acceso a ella. Así mismo, se identificó que los procesos y documentos que se manejan son de difícil acceso para los habitantes por los tiempos de atención de las administraciones y la poca disposición de tiempo de los habitantes.
dc.descriptionThis work is titled: Development of an intranet for residential complexes in Bogotá. The main objective is to structure the design of an intranet virtual platform applied to closed sets in which all the information related to rules of coexistence, procedures, news and novelties of the residential complexes in the city of Bogotá can be transmitted and controlled. The project was defined based on a study conducted where the problem that exists in the management of the processes that are handled in the closed sets was evidenced. Identifying that the information is not centralized and the co-owners do not have access to it. Likewise, it was identified that the processes and documents that are handled are difficult for the inhabitants to access due to the attention times of the administrations and the limited time available to the inhabitants.
