dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo de investigación se realizó en el taller automotriz de latonería y pintura AUTOPINTURA SAS, el cual actualmente no cuenta con un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST), y por lo tanto es de suma importancia realizar una identificación de peligros, evaluación y valoración de riesgo, que permita definir las medidas de intervención más adecuadas con el fin de prevenir, mitigar, o eliminar los factores de riesgo identificados en el taller automotriz. Esto se realizó mediante la aplicación de la Guía Técnica Colombiana (GTC) 45 de 2012. Como resultado se obtuvo una matriz de ̈ identificación de peligros, evaluación y valoración del riesgo¨ diligenciada y las propuestas de medida de intervención para cada uno de los riesgos que lo ameritaba, adicionalmente se realizó un análisis costo beneficio que permitió justificar la implementación de estas mismas. Finalmente se realizó el análisis de resultados y las conclusiones pertinentes al trabajo de investigación realizado.
dc.descriptionThe present research work was carried out in AUTOPINTURA SAS, which currently does not have an Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and therefore it is of the utmost importance to carry out an identification of hazards, evaluation, and risk assessment, which allows defining the most appropriate intervention measures to prevent, mitigate, or eliminate the risk factors identified in the automotive workshop. This was done by applying the Colombian Technical Guide 45 of 2012. As a result, the matrix of ̈ hazard identification, risk assessment, and assessment filled out and the proposals for intervention measures for each of the risks that warrant it is presented, additionally, a cost-benefit analysis was carried out that allowed to justify the implementation of these themselves. Finally, the analysis of the results and the pertinent conclusions to the research work carried out was carried out.
