| dc.description | Cuando hablamos de cuenca hidrográfica se hace referencia a “el área de aguas superficiales o subterráneas que vierten a una red hidrográfica natural con uno o varios cauces naturales, de caudal continuo o intermitente, que confluyen en un curso mayor que a su vez, puede desembocar en un río principal, en un depósito natural de aguas, en un pantano o directamente en el mar” (Decreto 1640 del 2012), La actualización y ajuste del POMCA ( Plan de Manejo y Ordenamiento de una Cuenca) del Rio Negro, identificada como Sub zona Hidrográfica con el código SZH – 2306 (zonificación hidrográfica del instituto de hidrología), realiza este proceso desde la CAR (corporación autónoma regional de Cundinamarca), a través de la dirección de gestión del ordenamiento ambiental y territorial (DGOAT), lo que se busca al hacer esto es poder realizar una correcta planificación del uso y manejo de los recursos naturales, así aprovechar cada uno de estos recursos a nivel social y económico; El objetivo de este proyecto de pasantía es dar Apoyo en el proceso de creación, ajuste, organización de los productos cartográficos necesarios y requeridos en la fase de Diagnóstico del POMCA de Rio Negro, como lo son: la cartografía base, la geología e hidrogeología, esto en trabajo conjunto y con el apoyo de los profesionales encargados en cada área o temática, siguiendo los lineamientos dados en La Guía Técnica para la Formulación y/o Ajuste de POMCA dado por el Ministerio De Ambiente y Desarrollo, de este modo se obtuvo un producto final, estructurado y listo para su uso, análisis y estudio. | |
