dc.description	This paper proposes to answer if a non-human animal which is used in circuses can be considered subject of law regarding to the value of human dignity as it is established by the Constitution of 1991. Therefore, the discourses about human dignity and inclusion of non-human animals as subjects of law are explored. Consequently, at the end, it will be evident the manner in which these discourses have influenced the case of the use of wild animals in circuses.	en-US
dc.description	El presente artículo se propone responder si un animal no humano que es empleado en actividades circenses puede ser considerado sujeto de derecho a la luz del valor de la dignidad humana, en el marco de la Constitución Política de 1991. Entonces, se desarrollan los discursos concernientes a la dignidad humana y a la posible inclusión de otros seres vivos no humanos en calidad de sujetos de derecho, de modo que, al final de cuentas, se evidencia la manera en la que estos discursos han influido sobre el caso concreto relativo al uso de animales silvestres en actividades circenses.	es-ES
